We’re a boutique massage studio focused on personalized, therapeutic care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our goal isn’t simply to fill appointment slots—we’re committed to helping people feel better through thoughtful, individualized bodywork.
We’re looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist who shares that philosophy and is excited to become part of our growing practice.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal therapist is:
Licensed to practice massage therapy in Virginia
Experienced and confident providing therapeutic massage
Reliable, professional, and organized
Kind, compassionate, and an excellent listener
Passionate about creating customized sessions for each client
Comfortable working a consistent weekly schedule with at least 15 hands-on massage hours per week
Excited to build lasting relationships with clients while helping care for an established clientele
Additional training or experience in any of the following is a plus:
Hot Stone Massage
Prenatal Massage
Cupping Therapy
Energy work or Reiki
Other specialized therapeutic modalities
If you have additional skills or certifications, we’d love to hear about them!
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, personalized massage therapy sessions
Care for both new and existing Santosha Massage clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
Support the positive, community-focused atmosphere of the studio
Help clients achieve their wellness goals through skilled, attentive care
Compensation
This is a part-time employee position.
Paid based on hours worked

Interview massage is required and compensated
