A sacred spiral has been used to conceptualize our journey through life by many cultures. Imbolc marks the first point on the spiral for the year ahead, and is the season between the dark of the winter solstice & the awakening of the vernal equinox. The goddess/saint Brigid is celebrated during this time; she is the personification of the flame of inspiration. She is poet, smithy, and healer and therefore sacred to those who practice those arts. Come join us for a time of quiet contemplation as we journal and pull cards, reflecting on the spiral metaphor and Brigid's gifts.
