Lughnasadh (pronounced loo-nah-sah), also referred to as Lammas in Christian traditions, is the first of 3 traditional harvest festivals. Summer is in full swing, but slowly the daylight is shortening and the earth is drying, drawing our awareness to summer's passing. Soon it will be the "dog days" of summer with Sirius shining bright in the evening sky. We will celebrate the season with a spirit journey and drumming that Bev has graciously volunteered to lead, followed by journaling and discussion. Feel free to bring cards, stones, or something from your harvest as we celebrate the spiraling of the wheel. All are welcome!
This event is free to attend.
